Emails use WordPress’s built-in cron system (WP-Cron), which is triggered automatically when visitors access your site.

Emails are being sent late. How do I fix this?

WP-Cron depends on traffic. For perfect accuracy, set up a real cron job on your server. Instructions and commands are available under:

Can I customize the email subject and message?

Yes. Default templates can be edited under:
Reminders → Settings → Email Templates

How do I import Admin or Client templates?

On the “Add New Reminder” page, click Import Admin Template or Import Client Template inside any notification box.
